Can I use NPR One to listen to content offline or save something for later?

Android users can now enjoy offline listening in NPR One. When you tap Listen Later for a story, a prompt will appear asking whether you want to auto-download episodes. If you select yes, any future stories or podcast episodes added to Listen Later will be downloaded and available to you offline.

Offline listening isn't available for iOS users quite yet, but it's in the works. Listen Later will bookmark stories for iOS users, but it will not download them.

On whatever device you are using, if you open NPR One with a strong connection, we will pre-buffer a number of stories to help make transitions between segments seamless.
